What you need to know about profile settings βοΈ
Note: Bear in mind that not all features in Advertee settings are available to all roles π. Only the Owner π can see and use all of them. More information about our user roles and available features is here.
Profile Settings βοΈ
- Personal Information - Fill in information about you or your company. Items marked with * are required so we can properly prepare your invoices.
- Change Email - If you find yourself in need of changing your registration email, don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected].
- Change password - If you forgot your password, simply use the "Forgot password" option on the login screen. If you would like to set a different one than the one you currently use, use the same option on the login screen. In both cases, you will receive a link for password change in your email.π
- Secure your account - Just to be on the safe side, you can optionally add extra security to your account with two-factor authenticationπββοΈππ½ββοΈ.
- Account deactivation - If you wish to suspend your account, you can do so here.
Accounts
- First connection - after you register in Advertee, here you need to make the first connection to your Facebook ad account. A step-by-step guide is available for you if needed.
- Manage your Ad account and the pages you previously enabled in Advertee. So, if you wish to have only a few active at a moment, simply turn them on and off as you need, and those active will be available for you in Promotion, etc.
Users π€
If you would like to manage your team members, this is the right place. Remember, you have a limited number of users available based on your subscription:
- Add user β - To add a new user, simply click the button located in the bottom right corner and enter their email address. Advertee will then send a link to your future team member for them to register and set up their account (learn more here).
- Change role π- For active users, you have the ability to modify their role and adjust the features available to them in Advertee. Simply click on the three dots located on their icon.
- Delete user β - If you ever need to remove a user from your Advertee account, just click on the three dots next to their icon and select "Delete user".
Subscription π¦
- Detailed information - Price, Trial or full version active until, Social channels and Users used, Ad spend limit.
- Upgrade plan - If your trial ends, you would like to change your subscription or need to adjust your payment information, all is available here.
- Cancel subscription

Set alerts you would like to recieve.

Here's a brief history of the actions taken on your account. As the owner, you can easily track who performed each action to have a clear overview of the work done.
