πOwner can be only one user at a time and the role can't be transferred at the moment, since it is connected to your Facebook account (If it is something you feel you might need don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] so we can try to find a solution together).
Other users can be assigned one of three distinct roles:
- π οΈ Admin,
- π£ Advertiser
- π Analyst.
Only the π Owner or a π οΈ Admin has the authority to grant permissions to new users or adjust existing user permissions.
Role permissions:
- πOwner - This role comes with all the features of Advertee available. What makes it special is that the person in this role is the only one who can connect Advertee and Facebook Business Manager, as well as manage Ad accounts and pages that you'll be working with in Advertee. Exciting, right?π
- π οΈ Admin - You are Owner's right hand, so besides managing Ad accounts, you have the same permissions as him. This includes managing new users and handling subscription and billing settingsβ¨.
- π£ Advertiser - Since you are the master creator of promotions πͺ, feel free to use all the necessary parts of Advertee for managing ads and viewing reports.
- π Analyst - Given that you are skilled at collecting and interpreting data for your colleagues, you will be able to access Advertee's Ad's view and reportsπ.
Workspaces π
- Single user - if you started using Advertee as your own tool to promote, you are the Owner π, have one Workspace, and you need to do all the settings and connections to your Facebook Business Manager.
- Invited user - if you were invited to Advertee, you will find an email with a link to log in. After registration, you will have two (if you will be invited to more teams, then even more) workspaces available. These you can find under your profile picture with your role, and you can switch between them.
